4. Privacy and Consent

4.1. Consent: You grant us permission to capture and use your likeness, as well as the likeness of any individuals involved in the photography session. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary model releases or permissions from individuals who appear in the photographs.

5. Delivery and Editing

5.1. Delivery: We will provide you with the edited photographs and/or videos within the agreed-upon timeframe, as specified in your photography contract.

5.2. Editing: Our editing style is reflective of our artistic vision. We do not provide unedited or raw image files.

6.1. Limitation of Liability: While we strive to provide high-quality photography services, we are not liable for any unforeseen circumstances, equipment failures, or events beyond our control that may impact the outcome of the photographs or videos.

6.2. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the use of the photographs and videos, including but not limited to copyright infringement claims.

We reserve the right to terminate our services if you fail to adhere to these Terms or engage in any behavior that may hinder our ability to provide photography services.
